When it comes to designing a hotel suite, there are many steps that must be taken to ensure the construction and installation goes smoothly.
1. Once we receive the blueprints or floor plans, we decide which wall will be the accent wall. This is important because you must consider electrical outlets, plumbing, and furniture arrangement.

2. Once we have decided where the accent wall will go, we must inform the contractors and the hotel design team. The design team will then put together a color palate with theme ideas, wallpaper, paint colors, and furniture samples.
3. Once a design has been decided, it is time to get to work! JT Unique fabricates many of the hotel suite elements in our shop here in Des Moines!

All the suites that JT Unique designed at the Stoney Creek Hotel have different themes. These are anything from nautical, cowboy, northern wood theme, cosmic, and more. Depending on the themes, we come up with custom pieces for each room with techniques that are as unique as the rooms themselves.
