Sometimes you have projects that are a little outside your scope. As a weekend warrior, we know you take pride in your own craftsmanship. We get it. We do too. That is why our crew is dedicated to helping your project come to life. Whether you have a small-batch of planing you need done or need to enlist some 3-D project design services, we are here to help you.

You don’t have to invest in all the expensive equipment… because we already have! Our professionally trained craftsmen use top-of-the-line tools to ensure a high-quality finished project. And our turn around time is pretty dang quick too. All projects are rated on a case-by-case basis but generally our shop can turn around most small-batch projects in under 48 hours.

Straightline Service ($25 Minimum)

Up to 16’ 6” length, 48” width 2 1/4” thick

Softwoods under 1,000/ln ft. & Hardwoods

• $0.25/ln ft for 1” thick

• $0.30/ln ft for 1”-1 3/4” thick

• $0.35/ln ft for 1 3/4” - 2/14” thick

1,000ft. minimum. 1” thick softwoods only

• $0.15/ ln ft

Edge Milling (Jointing) ($25 Minimum)

• Up to 7” wide (planer) - $1/minute

• +7” wide (router) - $0.35/ln ft

Thickness Planing ($25 Minimum)

• $1/minute (shop rate will kick in after 1 hour)

Brush/Wire Wheel Sanding ($100 Minimum)

• $0.50/ln ft

Payment is available through cash or charge. Set-up costs are covered by project minimums.
For any project exceeding 1 hour of shop time, the shop rate of $55/hr will kick in.
The estimated turnaround time for each service is 48 hours or less.
